INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Company TCA – Tactical Combat Academy, p. r. o., with registered office at Podkerepušky 2688/58, 840 08 Bratislava - Záhorská Bystrica district, ID number: 53 633 318, registered in the commercial register of the District Court Bratislava I, section Sro, insert number 151105/B (hereinafter referred to as "TCA"), hereby in accordance with Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) informs the persons concerned on the processing of personal data in the following scope:

  • The operator is TCA.

  • Affected persons are natural persons - customers (in the General Terms and Conditions as consumers) of TCA services.

  • The Data of the Affected Persons is processed for the purposes and to the extent necessary for the provision of services by TCA to the customer and the fulfillment of the concluded contract, for the purpose of protecting the property, life and health of the Affected Persons and other persons located in the training premises and for marketing purposes. The legal basis for the processing of personal data of Affected Persons by TCA is:

    • performance of the contract between TCA and the Data Subject,
    • the legitimate interests of TCA, which are the protection of the property, life and health of the Affected Persons and other persons located in the training premises, the application of claims in the event of damage to property, life or health and the marketing activities of TCA (informing about news, promotions, discounts etc.).

  • The person concerned has the right to request from TCA access to personal data concerning him, the right to correct personal data, the right to delete personal data, the right to object to the processing of his personal data, the right to limit the processing of personal data and the right to portability of personal data data.

  • TCA processes personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Data Subject and 5 years after its termination.

  • The affected person has the right to submit a proposal for the initiation of proceedings at the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, tel. +421 /2/ 3231 3220, email statny.dozor@pdp.gov.sk, according to § 100 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data as amended.

  • Personal data are made available to the web hosting provider as a recipient, who does not process the personal data further. Personal data is not provided by intermediaries. The Data Subject's personal data are not subject to automated decision-making or profiling and are not intended to be transferred to a third country
